Why it matters
The most important Alberta company in beer that almost no Albertan can name. Cask's first US sale was to Oskar Blues in 2002 — the brewery that convinced American craft beer that cans weren't a downgrade. The entire craft-can era traces back through a workshop in southeast Calgary.
