Help preserve brewing history
A directory records what is open. An archive keeps what closed — photographs, ledgers, labels, menus, oral histories.
Correcting a record is always free — for a brewery, a guild, or a stranger who noticed a wrong date. Charging for accuracy would freeze every record nobody paid for. Submissions are reviewed before inclusion.

The archive is building a record of the companies that make brewing possible — because the supply chain is where a great deal of brewing history actually happened.
Founding partner opportunities
A limited number of positions across the major brewing-industry categories. All are currently open.
Partnership does not influence archive research, ownership records, historical conclusions or editorial findings.
A partner brewery is recorded exactly as the evidence says, including when that is unflattering, and a partner's competitor is recorded the same way. If that stops being true the archive is worth nothing to anybody, including the partner.
Researchers, historians & authors
The archive would rather be corrected by a specialist than admired by a crowd. The export is plain, self-contained files and has always been meant to be depositable.
Put brewing history on the map
For tourism boards, trails, destinations, cities, historic sites and festivals. A stop earns its place because something happened there.
Verified industry contributor
Not a paid badge and not for sale. Earned by giving the archive things it could not otherwise establish. Verification does not indicate sponsorship.
