Founding Partners · Canada · 18 of 18 places open
Brewing history belongs to more than breweries.
Farmers grow the grain. Maltsters turn it into malt. Hop growers, yeast labs, equipment makers, can lines, gas suppliers and glassworks make every pint possible. Their work is part of the record too.
The Archive began with its founder's own gift of time, research and resources. One company in each supply-chain category can now help carry it forward, as its Founding Partner for all of Canada.
A Founding Partner gets its name on the category and a film about how it works. It does not get a better record. Nobody does.
No paid placement · CAD 4,000 for five years · CAD 7,500 for ten

What a Founding Partner gets
A credit on your category
Your company named as the category's Founding Partner on the supply-chain listing, set apart from the list and labelled as a sponsorship. The list under it stays exactly as it is for everyone.
A film about how you work
A short documentary shot at your facility by Purple Haze Creative House, shown on your page and labelled as commissioned by you. It is yours to use anywhere else as well.
A Founding Partner plaque
3D-printed by The Shazebo and sent to your office, malt house, farm or taproom.
The founding rate, fixed
Paid once, up front, for the whole term. No renewal to think about until it ends.
What is not for sale
- A better position, size or ranking for your own record
- Any change to your record, or approval of it, or of anyone else's
- The TALLY VERIFIED status, or a Tally Record — a Record is earned by evidence, never included
- Hiding, moving or weakening a competitor's record
- Data about any company that isn't on its public record
Every record in the archive is free and stays free. Nobody pays to be in it, and nobody can pay to change it. See the editorial policy.
Terms
Paid up front, plus GST. One partner per category for the whole term. If a category's place is taken, the next one opens when that term ends.
The categories
18 places, one each
The count is the companies the archive lists in Canada for each category today. Guilds and associations are documented but not offered.
Free for every company
Find your company in the supply chain and claim the listing from its page. Send corrections with a source and they are applied and credited. Once claimed, your page can carry a link for brewers to contact you. None of that costs anything, and none of it depends on becoming a partner.
A Founding Partner place is a commercial sponsorship with Tally's Beer Universe Inc., an Alberta company: not ownership, not an investment and not a charitable donation. A category is held only once a written agreement is signed. People who want to support the Archive themselves will find that on Support the Archive.
