How Tally knows

Heineken took 49 per cent of Beavertown in June 2018 for £40 million and acquired the remaining 51 per cent in September 2022, making it wholly owned. The staged purchase matters: for four years Beavertown had a large minority shareholder and was not owned by Heineken. Tally names Heineken N.V. because that is the entity the evidence names; which Heineken subsidiary holds the shares is a separate, unanswered question.
