Carlsberg Sverige AB is the Swedish operating company, with the Falkenberg brewery, the Nya Carnegiebryggeriet craft brewery and the Ramlösa water plant. The group's brewing business sits in Carlsberg Breweries A/S, under the listed Carlsberg A/S. The Carlsberg Foundation held about 30 per cent of the share capital and 76 per cent of the votes at 31 December 2021, so it controls the listed parent through its A-shares — but it is not the direct owner of the Swedish company, and Tally does not record it as one.
