Moo Brew was built in 2005 at Moorilla Estate, the Berriedale winery David Walsh bought in 1995 and which is now the site of Mona. The brewery moved to a purpose-built Bridgewater site in 2011. Ownership runs to an individual rather than a brewing group, which is why Tally records no corporate parent.
