How Tally knows

Since the 2017 Brau Holding restructuring the Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe GmbH & Co. KGaA has been a joint venture held 70 per cent by the Schörghuber group and 30 per cent by Heineken. Tally names the entities the evidence names — the holding company Schörghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG, and Heineken International B.V. rather than Heineken N.V. — and records the 30 per cent as a shareholding, not as ownership.
