Who owns this brewery?
The archive is still digging. That is a gap in the research, not a finding of independence.

Summary
1st Republic Brewing Company LLC is listed as active in a current-access Vermont business-profile mirror, with Shawn Trout and Kevin Jarvis listed as managers. These manager roles do not prove the current beneficial ownership split; Michael Drake's 2021 co-owner evidence remains historical/current-at-time. [USA Pass 07]
