What we have established

Type: Heinrich Notz acquired the Fluntern property in 1812 and converted it to a brewery in 1824; major expansion followed in 1832–1833. Johann Konrad Rütschi acquired the business in December 1844. The brewery building was demolished in 1912. Status: CLOSED — Historical brewery / last brew unknown; Building demolished 1912. NOTZ → RÜTSCHI The 1912 demolition is a site-afterlife date, not a brewing-closure date.
