What we have established
Type: Rudolf Zolliker established the brewery at Neugut am Letzigraben in 1836. It passed to Heinrich Hotz in 1849 and was initially shut; Andreas Rosenberger later operated brewing for roughly two to three years in the early 1860s. Brewing was fully ended by 1863. Status: CLOSED — Brewing ended BY 1863. ZOLLIKER → Hotz / rosenberger Keep this Altstetten Sonne brewery separate from similarly named Swiss breweries, including modern Sonnenbräu in St. Gallen.
