Type: Historical production brewery. Ownership as recorded: HISTORICAL. Voight founded Capital Brewery in 1854; Joseph Hausmann took over in 1864. Hoverson heading uses Hausmann Brewing Co. 1891–1920 but narrative says incorporation occurred in 1892; exact corporation date is HELD. Distinct from modern Capital Brewery (WI-BREW-012).
