What the sources say
Resolves held claim HOC-0457 ("HISTORICAL ACQUIRER / OWNER"). The held wording says "Pripps"; the acquiring entity was AB Pripp & Lyckholm, majority owner in the 1928 consortium (with AB Stockholms Bryggerier) that bought the Carnegie porter brewery from AB Vin & Spritcentralen, which had held it since 1920; P&L took the remaining shares in 1938. The brewery's own chain — Lorent 1813, Carnegie 1836/1841 — is already the archive's record.
Ownership history is kept as dated events, so a change of owner never overwrites the one before it.
