What we have established
Type: ChinChiller acquired and restarted the former Five Peaks brewery in Kaiapoi in 2023. Renaissance took over the same brewery in December 2025; Chinchiller brewing limited entered liquidation later that month. Granville and Nadine Denton each hold 40% and Jared Stewart 20% in the legal company. Site succession is kept separate from brand/company liquidation. Address: 184 Williams Street, Kaiapoi 7630.
