What we have established
Historical founder interviews and current brewery/member evidence identify two friends, Iakovos and Manos, as the creators of Chios Beer. The idea began in 2009 after homebrewing experimentation; licensing/investment work followed in 2010–2011 and the first bottles reached market in early 2012. Exact current shareholding remains unresolved.
