What we have established
Current NISSOS site calls the brewery 100% Greek, 100% family-owned and 100% independent, and identifies Alexandros Kouris as Founder/Owner and Maya Tsoclis as Co-founder/Co-owner. However, NISSOS's own 19 Sep 2023 announcement states Olympic Brewery took a minority stake in Cyclades Microbrewery alongside the distribution partnership. Current legal shareholding therefore requires reconciliation rather than assuming either source is obsolete.
