What we have established
Originally a family business founded in 2014 in Drosia, Chalkida. Acquired in March 2023 by Sofoklis & Georgios Panagiotou, owners of Septem Microbrewery. Official Elixi site remains live and documents its 1,000 m² Drosia facility and Delphi/Marea brands.
