What we have established
Address: 222 West Street, Colony Mill. Opened December 10, 1995 after roughly three years of planning by Debra Rivest and brothers Tony and Peter Poanessa. The current official site confirms Elm City remains an active full-service restaurant and brewery at Colony Mill and states it has brewed since 1995.
