What we have established
Færder was established in 2013 and launched beer in 2014. In 2023 Fjordfolk took over operations/production; the companies remained separate and Færder beer was to be brewed at Fjordfolk in Sandefjord. Current Færder legal entity is 100% owned by Hågasletta Holding AS and is classified as wholesale rather than beer manufacturing.
