What we have established
Established 2018 by David Duma, a retired Marine helicopter pilot and homebrewer, per North Dakota Pride of Dakota. Trademark evidence records first use in commerce on 5 April 2018 and identifies Gideon's Brewing Company Inc. as a corporation. The brewery initially operated in an industrial shop in Lincoln, North Dakota, transferring to downtown Bismarck on 1 November 2019. EXACT PUBLIC TAPROOM OPENING DAY IN LINCOLN: PARTIAL RESOLUTION - the 2018 establishment and the April first-use date are evidenced, the opening day is not.
