What we have established
EZA's corporate history: founded in 1989 as a Löwenbräu subsidiary through acquisition of the Atalanti factory from OAE; Greek majority ownership from 1998 and 100% Greek by 2003. Investor DAMMA Holdings entered in 2013 and DIORAMA in 2019. 2025 reporting placed Diorama I slightly above 41%, Dimitris Daskalopoulos around 41%, and Athanasios Syriannos around 16–17%. Kathimerini reported on 17 July 2026 that ownership remained unchanged despite sale reports.
