What the sources say
Resolves held claim HOC-0446 ("HISTORICAL OWNER / MERGER SUCCESSOR"). In 1918 Helsingborgs Bryggeri (founded 1850 by Samuel Herman Hafström) became part of AB Skånebryggerier, a regional consolidation formed to control competition between the small Skåne breweries. The operation later passed into the Pripps group, which wound down Helsingborg brewing from 1975 — a succession lead, not asserted here.
