Dennis Himmelberger opened this Billings brewery operation early in 2012 and closed it at the end of November 2015. Thirsty Street acquired the brewery space/equipment and opened in February 2016. A same-name Himmelberger brewery is documented in 1999 testimony, so pre-2012 lineage remains a separate research question.
