What we have established
Dennis Himmelberger was operating Himmelberger Brewing Co. in Billings by 1999 and testified in support of Montana's brewery taproom law. A later Billings beer-history account dates his first modern-era brewery to 1994; a 2006 statewide beer feature still listed Himmelberger Brewing. The later 2012–2015 operation is retained as a separate same-owner relaunch/site chapter until the intervening closure/restart chronology is fully resolved. [USA Pass 24]
