What we have established
Status: ACTIVE / LICENSED PRODUCER. Hawaii DCCA records Holoholo Brewing Company, LLC as an active domestic LLC at 275 E Kawili St. County liquor records in Aug. 2025 identify Holoholo as holder of the Small Craft Producer Pub liquor license, Category A, at that premise and document later manager/membership changes. This resolves the 2023 transfer as completed by 2025. Current 2026 beer production/releases are not independently re-proven, so production-current detail remains PARTIAL rather than inferred from licence alone. [Hawaii Pass 21]
