Idletyme Brewing Company, LLC is the current licensed entity; Ryan McFarlin was identified in 2025 licensing as Member/Manager. 2026 recruiting places Idletyme within Campfire Hospitality's operating ecosystem. Third Place's 2022 ownership stake remains historical/current-stake evidence, but the complete beneficial ownership table is still unresolved. [USA Pass 07]
