Resolves held claim HOC-0422 ("OWNED / FOUNDED_BY"). A Napa-trained winemaker (his Tallulah label, 2003) who came home to Jacksonville and, in one 2010 whirlwind — lease in May, first batch in October, doors in November — founded one of the city's first craft breweries.

Resolves held claim HOC-0422 ("OWNED / FOUNDED_BY"). Founder-owner. In April 2025 Davis announced plans to sell the brewery after fifteen years — a pending ownership change to record when a buyer is evidenced.
Ownership history is kept as dated events, so a change of owner never overwrites the one before it.
