What we have established
Official brewery material identifies Giannis Polixronatos, Nikos Moraitis and Kyriakos Moraitis as the creators. Contemporary reporting says the first Premium Lager bottle was produced at the end of 2015 after roughly three years of research, with wider launch in 2016. Current legal shareholding remains unresolved.
