What we have established
Status: HISTORICAL. Hawaiʻi Nui's first-party historical archive states Keoki Brewing was founded by George 'Keoki' Wells in 1998 and was purchased by Hawaiʻi Nui in 2007. Preserve Keoki as a predecessor brewery; Hawaiʻi Nui does not inherit Keoki's founding year or brewery identity. [Hawaii Pass 21]
