What we have established

Address: 5 New Hampshire 25. The 5 NH-25 Plymouth brewery site has carried multiple related brewery identities. New Hampshire Magazine listed Last Chair in 2017 as the home of Sublime Brewing Company. Head brewer Craig Yergeau said the brewery relaunched as 1766 Brewing Company in March 2018 after the Sublime name was dropped to avoid a potential trademark/copyright conflict. A separate 1766 downtown Main Street brewpub later closed, while brewing continued at the Last Chair site. Current 2026 Last Chair sources confirm an active in-house brewery at 5 NH-25.
