Nevada Business Magazine, 6 February 2026: Parlay 6 Brewing acquired a majority stake in Lead Dog Brewing Company. The article states the transaction is complete but gives NO transaction date, so the date recorded is 2026-02 and flagged approximate - it happened on or before publication. The original Lead Dog ownership team retains equity and remains actively involved in the direction of the brand, which is why this is a change of control and not a change of everything; the size of the majority and which interests survived are not stated. Ken Foster is Parlay 6 co-founder and CEO. Corrected 2026-09-02: an earlier draft of this record dated the reporting to 5 February from a secondhand summary; the article itself is dated the 6th.
