From the record

What we have established

Contemporaneous 1995 Montana legislative record proves Milestown Brewing, Inc. Operated from the Golden Spur in Miles City. A national brewpub list places Milestown in operation by the early 1990s; it was still listed as a Miles City brewery in 2006 and was remembered as closed by 2014. Jeff Grant later stated his father ran a Miles City brewery, and Draught Works identifies Milestown as the brewery his father owned and operated for over ten years. Exact founding/closure dates and father's name remain unresolved.
