What we have established
Type: Microbrewery / brewery restaurant lineage. Original Nambawan brewery is CLOSED. Early brand/operator lineage is now partially resolved: Nambawan Beer was attributed to Seven Seas in April 2011, while Nambawan is independently described as a brewer by March 2012. Exact spinout/formation/brand-transfer documents remain missing; later VBL transfer mechanism also remains unresolved.

September 2017 industry report identifies Matt Measey as Managing Director while the brewery was planning a major expansion and local/export growth.
