Nevadan Brewing Company

Las Vegas, Nevada, brewing inside Sagos Tavern at 4790 S Fort Apache Road, just north of Tropicana and the 215 Beltway, on a 3.5-barrel system in full view of the restaurant. ONE BREWERY, TWO BRANDS. The operation is co-branded Sagos Brewing / Nevadan Brewing and is a partnership between brewer Adam Cegavske and Sagos Tavern owner Jason Godfrey. The Nevada Department of Taxation manufacturer list of 1 April 2026 carries it as Sagos Brewery; that name is retained as a tombstone rather than a second record, because a shared operation with two brands is not two breweries. LEGAL ENTITY: Nevadan Brewing Company LLC, per Adam Cegavske's own professional listing as Owner and Head Brewer. That is a self-reported source for a company name and is graded accordingly - it is not a Secretary of State filing, and the licensee name on the Taxation record itself has NOT been read. The project had been in planning since 2015 and revived after plans fell through partly because of COVID; a January 2025 report had it preparing to brew its first beer that month with a grand opening scheduled for March 2025. By February 2026 it was operational and had brewed Hazy NV. FOUNDING YEAR IS NOT SET: planning since 2015, first brew reported for early 2025, and no dated opening record has been read.
