New Ventures grew alongside Gallatin Homebrew Supplies and was launched under Amy Henkle's concept of pairing a homebrew shop with an experimental brewery/taproom. Its final public sale/closure plan set March 29, 2025 as the last day if no buyer emerged, and official Untappd activity records on-site check-ins that date; current guides mark it permanently closed.
