    What the sources say

Resolves held claim HOC-0427 ("PARENT/GROUP OWNER"). Formed 2014 as Carlsberg Sweden's joint venture with Brooklyn Brewery (Brooklyn's first overseas JV) plus private investors, opening 2014-03-27 to revive the 178-year-old Carnegie brand — Sweden's oldest trademark, whose BRAND Carlsberg owns (brand ownership is not brewery ownership, and both facts are kept). The pass's bare 'Carlsberg Group' reading — a later full takeover — is not confirmed by the cited sources and stays a research lead.

  2. Owned by Carlsberg Sverige + Brooklyn Brewery + private investorsDate unknown

Partly settledCurrent evidence supports this, but the record is not fully resolved.

Ownership history is kept as dated events, so a change of owner never overwrites the one before it.
