What we have established
Address: 22 Manchester Road. Peter Austin/Alan Pugsley brewery-installation records place Old Nutfield in Derry in 1995. Contemporary 1996 reporting shows the brewery operating in Derry with Old Man Ale as a flagship product, and a 1997 Yankee Brew News article identifies Old Nutfield as an established Ringwood-yeast brewer. Scott Watson later recalled brewing there from 1995 to 2002; the exact final closure date remains unresolved. Corporate records identify James T. Killeen as a senior officer/director but do not by themselves prove founder status.
