Address: 3 Camel Hump Road / later 144 Barton Hill Road listings. Started brewing in spring 2018 and opened its on-site beer garden in fall 2018. Recent regional trail listings continue to describe Polyculture as an active family-owned, solar-powered Croydon brewery with seasonal beer-garden service.
