INCORPORATION IS NOT OPENING. Prairie Brothers Brewing LLC was formed 23 November 2015; Fargo approved its Class Y licence at 4474 23rd Avenue South on 27 February 2017; the public grand opening followed in April 2017. The brewery year recorded here is the opening, not the company formation. Owner Don Kenna, described in a contemporary Fargo feature as one of the owners - whether other owners held meaningful equity is PARTIAL RESOLUTION. First beer: Pilot Pale Ale, a traditional English-style pale ale. Closed in 2019; EXACT CLOSURE DATE UNKNOWN and deliberately not inferred from community posts.
