Type: Craft / microbrewery. Victoria Wines identifies Reef as a sister company and 2020 reporting named Liam Hindle owner/managing director. Present shareholders/common owner remain UNKNOWN because neither the tax lists nor public sister-company language prove current shareholding.

Behind the beer
Fiji Sun identified Hindle as Reef's owner and managing director at the 2020 brewery launch. Victoria Wines' current team page identifies him as its managing director; present Reef shareholding still requires registry proof.
Fiji Sun states Larsen designed Reef's initial range at the custom-built Wailoaloa plant, including Island Lager, Island Pale Ale and Midnight Reef.
