What we have established

Founded by brothers Sofoklis Panagiotou (chemist-oenologist) and Georgios Panagiotou (economist). Hellenic Association describes the brewery as bioclimatic, winery-inspired and open to visitors. The same source states 12 core beers, annual Hoppy Hobby one-offs, 50+ international awards, and exports to 12 countries across four continents.
