From the record

What we have established

3100 Airport Way South, Seattle. Emil Sick acquired the former Bay View operation and moved the main operation to this larger plant after acquiring the regional Rainier rights in 1935; the plant closed in 1999. The address is confirmed by a 1972 US Federal Register filing and a trademark record. FOUNDING YEAR UNKNOWN as a Sick operation - 1935 is when the Rainier rights were acquired, which is not the brewery's founding. NOT THE SAME as Rainier Brewing Co. of Canada Ltd. of Kamloops, which the archive already holds separately. [Sicks Pass 01]
