What we have established
Christian Nissler established the Silver Bow Brewery in 1871. A major brick plant was built in 1886. After Nissler's 1901 death, the business operated under names including Silver Bow Brewing Company, Capitol Brewing Company and Crystal Springs Brewery until 1912.
