Current owner/founder Walt Bansley remains verified. Municipal licensing records identify the operating legal entity as Snow Republic, LLC; the legal-entity question is resolved. A 2020 Dover record also described Leatherneck Associates as owners of Snow Republic, LLC, but that historical parent/member relationship is not projected forward without fresh evidence.
