What we have established
Minot brewery whose closure was announced and completed in 2023. In January 2023 owner and general manager Aaron Thompson said the ownership group had decided to sell after roughly a decade, citing the owners' age and life stage and the economy - NOT the pandemic, and no pandemic causation is inferred. A repost of the brewery's own closure message identifies 31 March 2023 as its final public night; because that exact date currently survives through community preservation rather than an accessible first-party archive it is graded below the January interview. Closing year 2023 is well supported; the 31 March exact date is B-grade. FOUNDING YEAR IS APPROXIMATE - derived from the owner's roughly a decade characterisation in January 2023 and not from a dated founding source, which is why this record carries C confidence. The ownership group at closure is not fully reconstructed and must not be reduced to Thompson alone because he was the spokesman. Whether the sale attempt produced a buyer is UNKNOWN.
