Bozeman microbrewery founded in 1991. Mark Taverniti testified as proprietor/manager in 1995. Contract brewing expanded production; after the 2000 move to East Main the restaurant lacked brewing facilities, and the Bozeman operation closed in 2003. Brand lineage continued outside this local brewery entity.
