What we have established
Address: 500 Commercial Street. Current official history says the operation originated in 1994 as Stark Mill Brewery under Manchester native brewer Peter Telge. The business later reopened/rebranded as Milly's Tavern, then evolved into Stark Brewing Company while preserving the same Manchester brewing lineage. The current site remains active in 2026 as a brewpub and distillery.
