What we have established
Type: Former official brewery material documents production at 10 Lyndhurst Street; current West Coast regional reporting states the business went into liquidation in 2021 and the brewery was subsequently revived as Shortjaw. Historical source says the West Coast Brewery operation dated to the 1990s and site lineage reached back to Miners Brewery in the 1950s; exact legal ownership-at-closure requires deeper liquidation records.
