What we have established
Address: 460 Amherst Street. New Hampshire state records say White Birch Brewing, LLC was formed by William Herlicka in March 2009 and originally located in Hooksett. The brewery later moved to Nashua; NH Magazine identified Bill's brother Dave Herlicka as the later owner. The brewery entered Chapter 11 proceedings by 2019 and publicly announced its final closure in December 2022 after equipment/boiler problems compounded business pressures.
