What we have established
Billings partners said in 2009 that the brewery began in 1996. Founders George Moncure and Jay Shearer are documented in later Billings brewery-trail history. The brewery changed hands in 2018, reopened in 2019, and its former location was purchased by Thirsty Street in early 2020.
