Tally's Take

Why this matters

A brilliantly progressive hybrid brewery and soda maker. They consistently push the envelope on modern styles in Alberta.

The founding thesisAndrew Bullied and Erica O'Gorman built a brewery in Calgary's Manchester district around the relationship between Alberta barley, mountain-fed water and hops — and a soda line for everyone else at the table.
